Quotes & Estimates
Submitting a Request a Quote form does not create a binding agreement. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after a full scope discussion.
Concept Projects
Projects shown under "Our Work" are original concept designs created by Zenvora to demonstrate design and development capability. They are not completed client projects or endorsements from third parties.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Zenvora retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
Payments
Payment terms, including any advance or milestone payments, are agreed with each client individually before a project begins.
Limitation of Liability
Zenvora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered websites or applications, beyond the value of the agreed project fee.
